ExhilaFit® Multi-Aspect Mindfulness Meditation (M.A.P.) is a transformative program that empowers individuals to embark on a journey of healing and personal growth. This trauma-informed approach combines mindfulness meditation, creative expression, and introspective exercises to cultivate self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience.

In a safe and supportive environment led by skilled instructors, participants gain tools to manage stress, foster meaningful connections, and rewrite their life narratives. Through a mindfulness and meditation framework, ExhilaFit® integrates art, writing, cooking, self-esteem building exercises, journaling, and music into its workshops. These expressive outlets allow individuals to explore their emotions, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and embrace their inner creativity, leading to a transformative and enriching experience.

Capabilities

We operate classes at multiple sites simultaneously. We logistically manage bulk programming to accommodate schedule requests, client vision, location, and blend our capability with our clients’ initiatives. Historically we successfully provided over 300+ classes monthly to multiple clients with a team of instructors. Services spanned over 15+ locations and we are capable of surpassing this figure with advance planning.

Contracts

Contracts are customized to meet each client’s needs. We customize programming based on budget, leadership supervision, and organizational needs. Managerial tasks related to Human Resource Management are managed by our administration team. This includes scheduling and assigning qualified instructors to class/workshop locations.

As a team, we are friendly, fun, and highly experienced. Instructors are friendly, flexible, and reliable. We know it is imperative to hold engaging, educational, and consistent classes in order to maintain participants’ attendance. In order to simultaneously assist our students, teachers, and clients’ reach their goals we consider each request unique. Each class is enhanced with music, essential oils, singing bowls, online materials, and curriculum.

We serve a wide range of populations. As the student population varies, we select teachers who have experience and specialize in teaching specific populations. Our teachers are matched to these populations according to their specialties and experience with the student population. We have successfully provided classes to the following populations: youth, teenagers with behavioral and mental health issues, seniors, athletic departments, young functioning adults with disabilities, cancer patients in remission, hospitals, survivors of domestic violence, and the staff who manage the programs at these organizations.
