To create safe spaces where students can authentically gain autonomy and feel motivated to make healthier choices—and in many cases, heal emotional and thought patterns—the environment must feel non-judgmental. Students need to know they’re capable of succeeding in our practices, fitness classes, and workshops.
Our teachers and programs are designed to be student-focused. We incorporate various tools like essential oils, fitness equipment, and even art and writing activities to help the lessons resonate and stick.

ExhilaFit® Multi-Aspect Mindfulness Meditation (M.A.P.) is a transformative program that empowers individuals to embark on a journey of healing and personal growth.
This approach combines mindfulness meditation, creative expression, and introspective exercises to cultivate self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience. 


In a safe and supportive environment led by skilled instructors, participants gain tools to manage stress, foster meaningful connections, and learn how to self-direct/regulate their emotions.

ExhilaFit® News: We Are On The Move
During 2023, the ExhilaFit Mindfulness Meditation M.A.P. Program was implemented in two ways. The first was over 4 months, ages nursery to 18.

As part of its second implementation, a 4-week intensive course was offered to adults suffering from or in remission from cancer.
It has been a very successful program in every case! Meditation and mindfulness combined with self-soothing techniques, art, and writing have helped people identify coping skills and enhance their quality of life.
