With over 10 years’ experience, ExhilaFit® has designed, implemented, and managed fitness, meditation, and wellness programs throughout New York. In order for wellness, meditation, and fitness to be accessible, engaging, and have a lasting impact on the mental and physical health of students, relationships between experienced teachers, diverse organizations, and local communities are nurtured. There is a thoughtful, creative approach to teaching, and classes are crafted with students, teachers, and clients in mind.

We believe “everyone deserves a chance to rewrite their story“. This statement is a powerful declaration and requires a safe space where participants can be themselves. We all deserve a chance to see our lives from a different viewpoint, to not be judged, to recover from trauma, pain, doubt, and insecurity. It doesn’t matter where our students start, what matters is that they learn they have options for their journey. ExhilaFit® News: We Are On The Move

During 2023, the ExhilaFit Mindfulness Meditation M.A.P. Program was implemented in two ways. The first was over 4 months, ages nursery to 18.

As part of its second implementation, a 4-week intensive course was offered to adults suffering from or in remission from cancer.

It has been a very successful program in every case! Meditation and mindfulness combined with self-soothing techniques, art, and writing have helped people identify coping skills and enhance their quality of life.
