ExhilaFit® Multi-Aspect Mindfulness Meditation (M.A.P.) is a transformative program that empowers individuals to embark on a journey of healing and personal growth. This trauma-informed approach combines mindfulness meditation, creative expression, and introspective exercises to cultivate self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience.

In a safe and supportive environment led by skilled instructors, participants gain tools to manage stress, foster meaningful connections, and rewrite their life narratives. Through a mindfulness and meditation framework, ExhilaFit® integrates art, writing, cooking, self-esteem building exercises, journaling, and music into its workshops. These expressive outlets allow individuals to explore their emotions, gain a deeper understanding of themselves, and embrace their inner creativity, leading to a transformative and enriching experience.

ExhilaFit® News: We Are On The Move

During 2023, the ExhilaFit Mindfulness Meditation M.A.P. Program was implemented in two ways. The first was over 4 months, ages nursery to 18.

As part of its second implementation, a 4-week intensive course was offered to adults suffering from or in remission from cancer.

It has been a very successful program in every case! Meditation and mindfulness combined with self-soothing techniques, art, and writing have helped people identify coping skills and enhance their quality of life.
